Just two days later, the wall prep begins as we mud, sand, texture and paint.

Rehab Video Diary, Exterior Work Begins

By Day 18, the exterior starts to take shape.  We’ve painted, put mulch down and installed a new fence.

On Day 20, the exterior gets a facelift, with a repaired driveway and a new back patio.

Rehab Video Diary, Finishing Touches Begin

On Day 22, finishing touches are underway, such as tile flooring and freshly textured and painted walls.
